About Timothy Perry

Tim enjoys serving others to achieve their objectives. While serving as a Project Manager in his Government career, he learned the art of balancing mission objectives with cost and schedule realties which has mapped nicely into his aspirations in Real Estate. Since his early teen years, and throughout his life, he has been hands-on with Home Systems which led to a VA licensure in Home Inspecting. The combination of his engineering degree with his knowledge of Home Systems creates a set of skills that serves his clients in a unique way.

Tim stays active with his family, his church community, and other community charitable organizations. He has lived for almost a decade abroad so has a love for all cultures and the differing prisms through which each sees life differently.
